Promoting Community
When considering your next move we ask that you take the time to fully review the DePaul Housing Management Tenant Selection Plan, House Rules and Model Lease links below. Review of these documents will assist applicants in understanding the requirements of tenancy at our communities.
Upon completion of the screening and eligibility interview qualified applicants will be offered an apartment in one of our communities. In addition to the Lease the Houses Rules will be considered an extension of the lease as well as adherence to the specific communities Smoking Free Living and Pets policies.

Smoke Free Living
*Please note that currently St. Vincent’s Apartments and The Lawrence Commons are our only two communities remaining that are not Smoke Free. However, all local, state and federal laws related to smoking are fully enforced. In compliance with the Clean Indoor Act absolutely no smoking in public or undesignated areas are permitted.
