The Application Processing & Screening ensures that each applicant meets the eligibility requirements for the desired community/communities.

Eligible applicants are placed on the Waiting List for the community/communities that they have indicated on their application. Each applicant will receive a letter with the outcome of application screening.

Each community maintains its own Waiting List and applicants will be contact by individual Community Manager for the scheduling of an eligibility interview.

Upon completion of the eligibility appointment and offering of a unit, move in appointments are scheduled. For your reference you may wish to view a model lease to consider if our communities will meet your needs. The availability of the model leases in no manner constitutes an offer or guarantee of residency at a DePaul Housing Management community.
