The Lawrence Commons is a low income housing community located 3 miles off Exit 25 on the I-890 highway in the town of Schenectady. The property has a total of 12 handicapped accessible apartments. The Community Amenities are spacious community room, outside patio, laundry room, indoor mailboxes, secure intercom entrance, camera security system, professionally maintained building wide sprinkler & alarm systems, trash removal, lots of parking, 24-hour emergency response system, community service coordinator, monthly newsletter, holiday parties and various planned monthly events.
