Branson Manor Senior Apartments is a two story building located on a beautiful tree filled and green grass large property where you can hear the sounds of birds and enjoy the wildlife.. We are located about a block from a CDTA bus stop. We are also very conveniently located (within walking distance) to many shopping stores such as Wal-Mart, Target, and many more. There are nearby places to eat such as Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, MacDonald’s and more. We are a smoke free property with enough parking for all and a patio area with cooking grill. Our apartments are all 1 bedroom with pull cord and sprinkler systems. There are newly installed energy efficient windows and hot water tanks. All apartments have an entry doorbell system. Our common areas are handicap accessible and there is an elevator in the building. There is a beautiful community room with kitchen, computers for resident use, a coin operated laundry room, indoor mailboxes and indoor outgoing mailbox. A Service Coordinator is available for all residents and a Live-in Maintenance Technician. We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance coverage. Activities include bingo, monthly informational presentations, holiday celebrations, annual picnic and more.

Franciscan Heights is a tax credit community for adults age 55 and over featuring one and two bedroom apartments and two bedroom two bathroom cottages serenely set on 85 wooded acres just minutes from the heart of the Capital Region at Exit 7 off I-90.
