Sanderson Court Senior Apartments is a 49 unit, two-story brick building located on the edge of Watervliet and Latham in the Town of Colonie. Apartments are approximately 530 square feet. Most of our apartments feature a pull-cord system, cordless mini-blinds, intercom entry/doorbell system, updated bathroom vanities with medicine cabinets, updated thermostats and kitchen appliances!

Some of the amenities that are offered by the building are: a large community room with full kitchen and WiFi (can be reserved for private resident events), outdoor private patio with BBQ grill and outdoor seating, computer stations & printer, indoor mailboxes, coin-operated laundry room, a Live-in Resident Assistant, a Service Coordinator, 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage, and resident vegetable & flower gardens. Our residents can have access to nearby Shaker Pointe’s indoor swimming pool and fitness gym (monthly membership required) along with Shaker’s Pointe’s café, barber shop, beauty shop, doctor offices and their restaurant, The Pointe.

Our building has a wonderful community of active residents who enjoy being able to walk down the street to swim or get their hair cut, can take the weekly bus to shop for groceries at Market Bistro or Hannaford. Our large community room is great for gatherings or even playing on our pool table. Bishop Broderick Apartments is a four-story brick building located in a beautiful wooded setting on a dead-end street in Colonie, NY. We are located within a two-tenths of a mile walk to a CDTA bus stop. This smoke-free property offers plenty of parking, a three-season sunroom, a patio with grills, a raised community garden and a large gazebo. Some of our 530 square feet apartment features include updated energy efficient windows, hot water tanks and lighting, window shades and an intercom entry/doorbell system. St. Vincent’s Apartments is a four-story brick building located in the city of Albany. St. Vincent’s was originally Vincentian High School and in 1979 was remodeled into DePaul Housing’s first building for senior housing. We are on the CDTA bus line. This is not a smoke free property. Parking is on-street or you can apply for a parking permit for the St. Vincent church parking lot. We have a courtyard that is very private with grills, tables and chairs for residents to relax, read a book or just take in the quiet. All of our 552 and 696 square feet apartments include a pull-cord system, updated energy efficient windows, hot water tanks and lighting, window shades and an intercom entry/doorbell system. Our building offers a spacious community room, computer stations, pool table, foosball table, TV with access to Netflix for residents’ use, sitting areas on every floor, a coin-operated laundry room, locked indoor mailboxes, a Service Coordinator, a Live-in Maintenance Technician and 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage.
