Our Communities in Delaware County

The Delhi Senior Communities I and II are 2 story buildings located in the beautiful Delaware County community of Delhi, NY. Our apartments are 1 bedroom 602 square feet with a pull-cord system, hot water heater, your own furnace and mini blinds are provided. Our community offers an on-site coin operated laundry room, community room, extra storage, locked mailboxes, a service coordinator, a live-in Resident Assistant, and 24 hour emergency maintenance coverage. We also offer activities such as, monthly resident meetings, game night, Friday social hour, pot luck meals, monthly birthday celebrations, and of course, weekly Bingo. Our lovely courtyard has a gazebo to enjoy the nice weather, a BBQ grill for your use, outside chairs and tables. We are within walking distance of grocery store and several restaurants.
