In 2019 DePaul Housing Management Corporation proudly celebrated its 40th Anniversary! Our sponsor, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany recognized the need for high quality, affordable senior housing. Our first community, St. Vincent’s Apartments in Albany, is the site of the former Vincentian Institute. This fifty-nine unit apartment community set DePaul Housing Management on its path to develop and manage the fifteen community portfolio. Our communities are located in Albany, Delaware, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Schenectady Counties.
