The first step for residing in one of our communities is the completion and submission of the housing application. The full packet should be reviewed prior to submission.

When considering your next move we ask that you take the time to fully review the DePaul Housing Management Tenant Selection Plan, House Rules and Model Lease links below. Review of these documents will assist applicants in understanding the requirements of tenancy at our communities.
Upon completion of the screening and eligibility interview qualified applicants will be offered an apartment in one of our communities. In addition to the Lease the Houses Rules will be considered an extension of the lease as well as adherence to the specific communities Smoking Free Living and Pets policies.

Smoke Free Living
*Please note the Franciscan Heights Senior Community will become fully smoke free by the summer of 2020. Currently, St. Vincent’s Apartments and The Lawrence Commons are not Smoke Free. However, all local, state and federal laws related to smoking are fully enforced. In compliance with the Clean Indoor Act absolutely no smoking in public or undesignated areas are permitted.
