Applications & Eligibility

Upon receipt, applications are screening and reviewed. Applicants will receive correspondence on the status of their applications once the initial screening is complete.

Persons of low income who are elderly or adults who are mobility-impaired, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, marital status or gender are eligible for housing in DePaul Housing Management communities. Eligibility is based on the policies of the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development or the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal. Complete eligibility criteria is available for your review at DHMC APP & TSP and/or FHSC APP & TSP.
